RE: Ethics in Undergraduate Studies
The IEEE Code of Ethics has rarely been displayed through out my undergraduate Engineering degree but taking senior Design has helped me understand that the classes that we have been taking help you understand the IEEE Code of Ethics. For instance, in my senior design group we are dealing with the code of ethics of IEEE 802.11. Our implementation of the design is to know the frequencies so that there wouldn't be any interference and also to know the correct frequencies to use and follow. The classes that lead up to these are classes like signals & systems and communication theory. In these classes you learn about the bandwidth and things of those natures.
